Benefits of Aim Anywhere Technology
The benefits of Aim Anywhere technology include:- Ability to control your TV Box even when the TV Box is placed out of line-of-sight, such as in an entertainment center or another room (up to 50 feet away). There is no need to point the remote directly at the TV Box in order to control it.
- Longer battery life.
- 2-way communication between the TV Box and the remote control lets you know when the batteries on your remote control are getting low via an on-screen message.
In order to control your TV Box, you must pair the remote to the box. Not all Xfinity TV Boxes support Aim Anywhere functionality.
