Turning trouble sounds off or on

When a trouble alert occurs in your system, a sound plays to remind you to fix the problem that's causing the alert.

For some alerts, these trouble sounds won't play during a "Do-Not-Disturb" (DND) period, which is turned on when your system is installed and is set for 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Important! The following alerts can only be silenced by snoozing or resolving the problem. These alerts will sound during the DND period:

  • Your touchscreen charger is detached.
  • Your touchscreen battery needs to be replaced.
  • Your touchscreen battery is running low.
  • The Takeover Bridge device battery is running low.
  • Your touchscreen battery has been removed.
  • We've detected potential signal interference.
  • There is a communication problem with your legacy security panel.
  • There is a connection issue with the central station.
