Clear cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge

Occasionally, you may have trouble loading or using applications on your computer. Clearing your cache and deleting cookies may help resolve this issue.

See below for instructions on how to clear the cache and delete cookies in the Microsoft Edge browser on Xfinity Internet.

Note: Microsoft Edge is only available with the Windows 10 operating system.

Clear cache and cookies

  1. Click the Menu icon Menu icon  at the top-right corner of the screen, then click Settings.

  2. Click on Privacy, search, and services from the list of options on the left-hand side under Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Clear browsing data and click the Choose what to clear button.

  4. Change the Time range at the top to All Time and check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. Then, click Clear now.
