Learn how to download video clips bookmarked when your 24/7 Video Recording enabled camera or video doorbell detects activity. Motion event clips are only saved in the cloud for seven days, so download any clips you want to keep longer.
Download video clips from the app
- Sign in to the Xfinity app or the Xfinity Home app.
- In the Xfinity app, select the Home tab.
- Note: Video doorbells are only available in the Xfinity app.
- Scroll down to the desired camera or video doorbell and select the camera thumbnail.
- Select the motion event clip.
- Tip: Can’t find the motion event you’re looking for? Click on filter to show only clips containing either people, vehicles or pets.
- Select the download arrow at the upper-right of the screen. Your clip will be saved to the default location on your device.
