How and when will my prepaid card be delivered?
Once your prepaid card is ready, you will get an email from yourcard@incentivetracker.xfinity.com to the email address listed on your Xfinity account.
This email includes a link to a registration site where you can:
- Check your balance.
- Download the card to a virtual wallet.
- Request a physical card.
If there is no email address on your account, a physical prepaid card is shipped to the billing address on file within 16 weeks of all required service activations.
Where can I use my prepaid card?
Virtual prepaid cards can be used anywhere that accepts a debit Mastercard.
This includes:
- Online.
- Phone or mail orders.
- In stores that accept mobile wallets.
Where do I check the status of my prepaid card?
You can check the status through the Xfinity incentive tracker.
Prepaid card status is not displayed in your account or the Xfinity app.
When can I check the status of my prepaid card?
For Xfinity residential services offers, you can check the status within 21 days of activating your services.
For Xfinity Mobile offers, you can check your status within 21 days after activating all required services.
What information do I need to check the status of my prepaid card in the Xfinity incentive tracker?To access the Xfinity incentive tracker, enter one of the following:
- Your residential account number as it appears on your Xfinity bill, or
- Your first and last name, billing phone number, and billing ZIP code.
Once you enter that information, you’ll see:
- Any prepaid card offers from the past two years.
- The estimated date you will qualify for your card.
- Eligibility requirements (under Eligibility Criteria in each promotional record).
Here is what the status messages mean:
- Pending Fulfillment Eligibility: You will see this if the promotional offer has a qualifying period.
- Qualified: You have met all eligibility requirements.
- Virtual Card Emailed: Your prepaid card has been sent to the email address on file for your account.
In some programs, you may see a disqualification status.
Does my prepaid card expire?
Prepaid cards expire six months from the month they are issued. Unused funds will be lost after this date. The expiration date is printed or shown on the front of the card.
Note: If a prepaid card is issued after the 25th of the month, the six-month expiration period starts the following month. For example, if the prepaid card is issued January 26, 2026, you will have until the end of August 2026 to use it. The card can be used upon receipt.

What should I do if I think I’m eligible for a prepaid card, but I don’t see anything in the Xfinity incentive tracker?
