The By the Gig mobile plan is only available to customers who joined Xfinity Mobile before April 22, 2026. If you already have By the Gig, don’t worry — nothing is changing for you. You can still manage your By the Gig lines anytime in the Xfinity app or at xfinity.com/mobile.
If you stay on your current pricing plan and remove all your By the Gig lines or switch them to an Unlimited plan, you’ll need to contact us if you want to go back to By the Gig.
If you move to the latest pricing plan, your By the Gig lines must be changed to either Mobile Select or Mobile Plus* and you will not be able to move back to By the Gig pricing because the plan is not available on our latest pricing plan.
