The Xfinity Privacy Center is easy to use. It lets anyone learn more about Xfinity's approach to privacy and security. As a consumer, you can also learn how to access and manage your information.

Your Privacy Choices
- Go to Your Privacy Choices at the top of the Privacy Center.
- Find the Customer account choices box. Then, click the Xfinity Account Holders link.
- Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
- On the next screen, you can manage the following and more:

- Participate in audience measurement and reports.
- Disclose information to related Comcast businesses.

- Allow personalized ads online and in video content.
- Allow banner ads in your inbox.


- Click the Show details link in each box for more details.
- Turn on or off any or all preferences.

You can scroll to the bottom of the page to:
- Sensitive personal information: Manage how your personal information is stored and processed.
- Marketing emails and texts: Manage how news and offers are shared.
- Click Marketing emails and text.
- Enter your email address or phone number.
- Click Manage preferences.
- Turn on or off email or text for the options shown.
- You can also customize the texts and emails you get for different types of communications — like appointments and billing — online. For more details, see how to update your Xfinity preferences.
- Calls, direct mail advertising and in-person solicitation: Manage the way Xfinity contacts you with marketing offers.
- Click Calls, mail advertising, and in-person solicitation.
- Fill out the “Managing Communications from Xfinity” form on the next screen.
- Click Submit.
