Just like your other Xfinity Mobile payments, device payments happen on the same day each month and are charged to the card you have on file.
Track your device payments
See your device payments online in your account or from your phone using the Xfinity app.
To see them from your Xfinity Mobile account online:
- Log in to your online account using the Primary or Manager’s Xfinity ID and password.
- Click Devices.
- Scroll to the device you want. You can click Make payment or View payment history.
To see them using the Xfinity app:
- Download or open the Xfinity app.
- Sign in to your account using the Primary or Manager’s Xfinity ID and password.
- Click Devices.
- Scroll to the device you want to see. You can tap Make payment or View payment history.
Available device details include:
- Monthly payment amount.
- Remaining monthly payments.
- Remaining balance.
- Final payment amount.
Make extra device payments
You can make extra payments toward your mobile device, or even pay it off completely, with the card you have on file.
To make a one-time payment using your online account, follow the steps below.
- Log in to your online account using the Primary or Manager’s Xfinity ID and password.
- Click Devices.
- Choose the device you want and and see the Manage Device section.
- Choose Make payment.
- Enter the amount you want to pay.
To make a one-time payment through the Xfinity app, follow the steps below.
- Download or open the Xfinity app.
- Sign in to your account using the Primary or Manager’s Xfinity ID and password.
- Tap Devices.
- Choose the device you want and see the Manage Device section.
- Choose Make payment.
- Note: You may have to sign in again.
- Enter the amount you want to pay.
- Choose a payment method.
- Tap Continue.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
You can make extra payments on your Xfinity Mobile device anytime. But keep in mind:
- If you got a special promo price, paying extra may lower or remove your monthly credits. These credits are based on your original monthly payment.
- Making an extra payment doesn’t change your monthly bill amount, but it can reduce the number of payments left.
