Xfinity makes it easy to keep track of all your important phone calls online. You can mark your voicemails as unheard to manage your inbox.
Mark a voicemail as unheard using the Xfinity Voice website
- Sign in to Xfinity Voice using your Xfinity ID and password.
- Click on the Voicemail tab on the left side of the page to see the list of voicemails.
- Click the Options menu from the Voicemail tab.
- Select the Mark as Unheard option.
