Resetting your Master Keypad Code

1. From the Home screen, tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner, tap Security, then tap Forgot Keypad Code?
   
   
   • You can also start the reset process by entering the wrong code once in the Arming screen. The Forgot Keypad Code? link will appear.
     
2. In order to verify your identity, a security code will be sent to a mobile phone number or an email address. Tap the number or email address where you want to receive the code, then tap Request a Security Code.
   
   Did You Know? You can change the Emergency Verification Contact phone numbers or email addresses through the Xfinity Home app.
3. Enter the security code using the keypad. The security code remains valid for five minutes. If it times out, you'll need to start over.
   
4. Enter a new four-digit Master Keypad Code using the keypad.
   
5. Enter the same four-digit code again.
   
6. You're done! Tap OK. Your Master Keypad Code has now been reset and is ready for use.
