Let us help you transfer your Xfinity services to a new address. Get started online through our Xfinity moving page or by going to your nearest Xfinity Retail Store. Just remember to go to xfinity.com/stores to confirm store hours before you visit.
To complete your move, you’ll need to verify your account details, confirm your move dates, and give your new address.
Activate your equipment
You might be able to bring your equipment to your new home. Schedule an appointment and a technician will install everything for you. You can also do it yourself.

During your move
Stay connected during your move with access to millions of Xfinity WiFi hotspots.
If you’re bringing your Xfinity TV service with you, watch select TV shows or movies online through the Xfinity Stream portal or app.
Xfinity IDs and email address
If you transfer your service, your Xfinity profile will move with you to your new address. You can reset your password online anytime.
Home phone number, voicemails, and call history
If you're moving within the same area code, you may be able to keep your current home phone number (based on how calls to Emergency Services/911 are handled at your new address). If you keep the same phone number, all saved voicemail messages will still be available and you'll still be able to view your electronic call history.
If you're moving to a location with a different area code, you can't keep your home phone number.
Getting started with Xfinity Internet and WiFi
After activating your compatible Xfinity Gateway at your new address, you may need to activate your Xfinity WiFi Extenders again. Here’s how to troubleshoot your WiFi Extender.
Pricing
Due to differences in franchise fees and taxes that are set by local and state governments, the cost of services can vary by market. Even if your previous promotional prices aren't transferable to your new address, other promotions, products, and services may be available at your new address.
