Accessing Premium Channels
TV Adapters can't receive channels that are part of a subscription service or advertised promotion.
In order to view premium channels such as HBO, Showtime, or Starz, you need a digital TV Box. One box is included in our Expanded Basic service. Additional boxes can be ordered at an extra fee. To order an additional box, contact or Chat with us.
