Note: If you ordered HD service, you will receive the HDMI cable as referenced above. If you ordered SD service, you will receive two coax cables instead of the HDMI cable.

The UPS Store

• Comcast has teamed up with The UPS Store locations across the country to accept Comcast equipment returns.
• Schedule an at-home pickup:
  • Initiate your return at xfinity.com/returns.
  • Print your label.
  • Box up your equipment.
  • Call 1-800-PICK-UPS to get started.
• As a reminder you can always:
  • Hand off your prepaid label and your packaged equipment to a UPS delivery driver or drop off at The UPS Store.
    • If you don’t have a box or printer, no problem — bring your devices to The UPS Store and they'll help you send your equipment back to us.

Xfinity Retail Store

• With over 500 locations nationwide, there is sure to be an Xfinity Retail Store close by.
  • Once your equipment is returned, you’ll receive a receipt and the equipment will be removed from your account.
