Add or Edit Xfinity Internet 

When adding or editing Xfinity Internet, the available options for speed tier prices and additional services display based on your customer's eligibility. 

1. Start a new connect or change of service.
2. Click the Internet drawer to see available offers.
   
   
   
   
3. Review the available offers.
   
   • Click SHOW MORE to see more offers than what originally displayed.
   • Click TERM CONTRACT to see which offers include a minimum term contract.
     
     
   
   
   
4. Select the tile for the speed tier they want.
5. Click Next when you're ready to proceed.
   
   
   
   
6. Choose the equipment and additional service options they want from the EQUIPMENT & ADD-ONS tab. Options appear based on their eligibility. Click Next after each page. 
   
   • Select if they want to rent a wireless gateway or if they're going to use a Customer-Owned and Managed (COAM) device.
   • Add Xfinity Flex, xFi Complete and/or Self Protection if they're eligible and interested. 
     
     
   
   
   
7. Complete the order.
