Xfinity Voice Battery Case Limited Warranty
Comcast warrants that the Xfinity Voice Backup Battery Case you purchase from Comcast will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will be compatible with your XFINITY Voice modem for a period of (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). Comcast does not warrant that the operation of batteries installed in the Xfinity Voice Backup Battery Case will be uninterrupted or error-free. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Comcast, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, will, (1) exchange the product with a functionally equivalent product that is new or like-new or (2) refund the original purchase price. This Limited Warranty applied only if you remain at the address where the battery was first installed. This Limited Warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the Xfinity Voice Backup Battery Case and does not cover other problems, including, but not limited to, abuse, accidents, modifications, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. After the Warranty Period, your Xfinity Voice Backup Battery Case may not be compatible with new equipment installed by you or Comcast.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMCAST IS NOT LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR SERVICE OF THE XFINITY VOICE BACKUP BATTERY CASE. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE REMEDIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMCAST DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER IMPLIED, EXPRESSED, ORAL, WRITTEN OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY RECOVERY IS LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
This limited warranty is valid in the U.S. and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. To the extent this Limited Warranty is inconsistent with local law, it shall be deemed modified to be consistent with such law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or allow certain limitations of damages, so these provisions may not apply to you. THE TERMS IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, EXCEPT TO THE LAWFULLY PERMITTED, DO NOT EXCLUDE, RESTRICT, OR MODIFY, AND ARE IN ADDITION TO, THE MANDATORY STATUTORY RIGHTS APPLICABLE TO THE SALE OF THE XFINITY VOICE BACKUP BATTERY CASE.
