Learn how to sign in to the Xfinity Home app.

Sign in to the Xfinity Home app

1. Download and install the Xfinity Home app, then open it.
2. Enter your Xfinity ID (or email address) and password.
   • If you're the Primary Account Holder, you must sign in with the primary email address you used to establish your Xfinity Home account.
   • Primary Account Holders can add secondary users to their account and set their access permissions.
     • Secondary users should sign in with their username.
   • If you don't have a username and password yet, create one.
   • If you don't remember the username or email address for your account, retrieve your username.
   • If you don't know your password, reset your password.
   • If you've changed your keypad code since the last time you used your fingerprint or facial scan to open the app, you'll have to use the keypad.
3. Tap Sign In.
   • If you're using Fingerprint ID (Android), Touch ID (Apple) or Face ID (iPhone X), you can choose to open the app with your fingerprint or facial scan by turning the option on in the app's Settings menu.
4. You'll see the Xfinity Home app start screen.
