Some devices are no longer supported on the Xfinity network. These are called EOL devices.
If you own your device, sign in to My Device Info. You can type your device’s make and model in the search bar to see if it’s EOL.
What does it mean when a device is no longer supported?
When a device is EOL, it’s outdated and can’t keep up with today’s faster internet speed and better security. If a device is EOL or no longer supported, Xfinity won’t install, activate, or recommend these devices.
