Large-button remote overview

Xfinity offers a large-button remote to customers free of charge upon request. This remote is a third-party device that delivers improved readability of the remote keys and may be easier to use for our customers who are elderly, blind or have low vision or a visual disability and other disabilities.

The large-button remote is:

  • Simple to program.
  • Able to operate two devices at once (like your TV Box and TV.)
  • Pre-paired to work with Xfinity Motorola TV Boxes and TV Adapters.
  • Compatible with the Xfinity X1 TV Box.

Xfinity offers help with using the remote, and it requires four AA batteries (included).
