Manage your NOW subscriptions

Try these steps to manage NOW prepaid products, including NOW Internet, Mobile, and NOW TV & Streaming.

Manage your account

Use the NOW Portal to make changes to your NOW subscriptions.

  • NOW Mobile: Add another line, upgrade or exchange your device, and more.

Update your payment method

To update your payment method from the NOW Portal:

  1. Click See details next to Payments.
  2. Click All payment methods.
  3. Click Add new card.

  4. Enter payment details. Then, click Add.

  5. To use your new payment method, you will need to pause and unpause service by temporarily turning off autopay.
    • See the next section for steps to turn off automatic payments.
    • Then, turn autopay back on from your NOW portal homepage.

Turn off autopay

In the NOW Portal, you can pause services at any time by turning off autopay.

  1. Select See details next to Plans.
  2. Select Turn off autopay.

  3. Read through the terms and conditions, click the checkbox, then click Confirm.

  4. You’ll see a confirmation message that your NOW service is paused.

Notes:

  • If you pause service by turning off autopay, you’ll get service through the end of your billing cycle.
    • Service will stop and you will not be billed after that date.
  • Restart services by turning autopay back on in the NOW Portal.

Cancel NOW services

You can cancel NOW subscriptions anytime using the NOW Portal.

Cancel services pre-activation (before activating your account) or post-activation. If you cancel services pre-activation, you may be eligible for a refund.

Note: Refunds are not available for NOW TV & Streaming products. 

Cancel NOW pre-activation

NOW Internet

If you choose to cancel NOW Internet before activating:

  1. Select Cancel service before activation.
  2. Select I’d like to cancel my NOW Internet service.
    • To troubleshoot equipment issues, select My equipment is not working properly to connect with Xfinity Assistant.

  3. Select Confirm.

  4. You’ve canceled NOW Internet service.

NOW Mobile

If you cancel NOW Mobile before activating your device, you have 14 days to return or exchange your device.

Notes:

  • If eligible, you will get a refund for your service plan, line setup fee, and the cost of the device. Device re-stocking fees will also be waived.
  • You can exchange your device at an Xfinity Retail Store only.
  • You can return your device to an Xfinity Retail Store or by chatting with NOW support.

Cancel NOW post-activation

If you cancel NOW Internet or Mobile services post-activation, they’ll stop immediately and you won’t receive any refund for the rest of the billing period. This includes the NOW Mobile line setup fee. You also won’t be able to restart services without creating a new account and getting new equipment.

If you want to stop paying for NOW services, the Turn off autopay feature is recommended. You can continue to get services until the end of the billing cycle, and easily restart services.

To cancel:

  1. Select Pause or cancel service at the bottom of the Plan page for the service you want to cancel.
  2. Select Cancel.
  3. Confirm you want to cancel. Select Continue.
  4. Select a reason(s) for canceling. Then, select Cancel service.

  5. You’ll be reminded that you can turn off autopay instead of canceling.
    • If you still want to cancel immediately, select Continue to cancel.
    • If not, turn off autopay to keep services until the end of the billing cycle.

  6. Your service has been canceled. To return to your account, select Back to account.
