Eligible Xfinity Internet customers can use Xfinity WiFi hotspots nationwide at no extra cost, helping them stay connected on the go. You can register up to 10 devices on your account for hotspot access.
To remove or rename the devices with access to WiFi hotspots, visit your personal list of Xfinity WiFi hotspot connected devices and sign in to your account.
Note: Only primary users or managers can manage connected devices.
How to remove or rename WiFi hotspot connected devices
To remove or rename a device connected to Xfinity WiFi hotspots:
- Go to Hotspot Devices and sign in to your account on the website.
- Scroll down to the device you want to manage.
- To rename it, click Rename and enter a new name.
- To remove it, click Remove.
- A message will appear to confirm your change.
- Note: If you have reached your limit of 10 connected devices, you must remove a device before you can add another.
To connect a new device, sign in to the xfinitywifi network on your device. If this is your first time using a Xfinity WiFi hotspot on that device, you will be asked to sign in to your Xfinity account.
