Learn about the information you can find in the Account Details section of the Xfinity My Account app on your Xfinity X1 TV Box.
Account Details
The Account Details tile provides some basic information about your account, including:
- Your account number
- Your home address
- Your preferred and personal email addresses
- The telephone number(s) associated with your account
- You can use the Xfinity My Account app to modify your primary account holder's mobile or default number on file.
It also offers basic billing information, including:
- Your bill due date
- Your balance due
- A link to additional billing details
From this screen you can view your current bill details. Press the OK button to select Current Bill.
