Make a payment with the X1 Xfinity My Account app

Learn how to pay your bill using the Xfinity My Account app for Xfinity X1.

Make a payment

1. Press the xfinity button on your remote.
2. Scroll to highlight Apps and press OK.
   
   
   The Apps option is the sixth option from the left on the X1 main menu.
3. Scroll down to the Xfinity row and highlight My Account. Press OK.

4. Highlight Account Details and press OK.

5. Select Current Bill.
   
   
   The Account Details window shows billing information such as Due Date, Balance Due, and more.
6. Highlight Make a Payment and press OK.
7. Scan the on screen QR code with your mobile device’s camera to open or download the Xfinity app. Use the Xfinity app to make a payment and easily manage all your Xfinity services.
