Returns and warranty replacements
You must use the online return form to:
- Return a WiFi Extender for a refund.
- Replace a WiFi Extender or Storm-Ready WiFi device under warranty.
After you submit the form, you’ll get an email within 48 hours with steps for returning your device. The email will also explain how your refund or replacement will be processed.
Things to know
- Submit the online return form before returning your device.
- Return WiFi Extenders within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- For warranty exchanges, return the Storm-Ready WiFi device and Battery Backup together.
- Refunds, credits, and replacement devices usually take up to two weeks after Xfinity receives your returned equipment.
- Check the limited warranty details for warranty coverage and eligibility.
