Here’s how it works
Smartwatches can be added to your Xfinity Mobile account as a new line. Each month, you’ll pay a set price for the line.
To set up a smartwatch, you need:
- An active Xfinity Mobile phone line on your account to pair and activate your watch with.
- A phone and smartwatch that use the same system (like an iPhone with an Apple Watch).
- For information on how to add a line to your Xfinity Mobile account, see How do I add a line to my Xfinity Mobile account?
Once your smartwatch is activated, it can work on its own — even if it’s the only line on your account. But to add more smartwatches, you’ll need at least one active phone line.
- For more information on how to activate your smartwatch, see How do I activate my smartwatch?
