Troubleshooting tips
If you're having trouble making phone calls with your Xfinity Voice service, try whichever of the following steps apply:
- Check out our no dial tone tips if you can't make or receive calls.
- Plug a working corded phone into different jacks to make sure a malfunctioning phone or jack isn't causing the issue.
- Make sure you dial a 1 before the area code.
- Review our international calling tips if you're unable to call an international number.
