Use these steps to cancel your StreamSaver™ subscription online from your account.
How to cancel StreamSaver™
If you signed up for StreamSaver™ online through Xfinity and would now like to remove it, here’s how:
- Go to the Xfinity StreamStore on xfinity.com. Click Manage.
- Note: Make sure you are signed in to your account with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Click Remove bundle on the right StreamSaver™ bundle, then click Continue.
- Your StreamSaver™ subscription should now be canceled and will not renew. You will lose access to your streaming services right away.
- Note: If you are eligible to get Peacock Premium at no added cost through an Xfinity offer, you will keep access to it after your StreamSaver™ subscription is cancelled.
When you return to the Xfinity StreamStore page, you will see the applicable StreamSaver™ was removed from your cart. You can add it back at any time by clicking Select.
