3. Select the Disney+ app tile.
   • You can also say, “Disney plus app” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to open the app.
4. With your remote, choose one of these options:
   • Log in with your Disney+ username and password.
   • Sign Up Now to create an account and follow the prompts to sign up for Disney+.
     • Eligible subscribers can sign up for Disney+ as an individual subscription or as a Disney Bundle.

FAQs

Why can’t I access the Disney+ app on my X1 TV Box?
The app isn’t compatible with RNG150, Pace Xi3, Samsung XG2v2, and Arris and Pace XG1v1 X1 TV Boxes. You can exchange these devices by choosing the Disney+ app tile and following the prompts to swap your TV Box.

Note: You also need a subscription to Disney+ to access its content.

I don’t have Xfinity TV, but I have Xfinity Internet. Can I access the Disney+ app?
Yes, but only if you have a subscription to Disney+ and a Xumo Stream Box or Flex streaming TV Box.

Can I order Disney+ through Xfinity?
Yes. Launch Disney+ through your X1 TV Box or Xumo Stream Box or Flex streaming TV Box. Then follow the steps described in the app.

How do I manage my existing Disney+ subscription through Xfinity?
If your Disney+ subscription appears on your Xfinity bill, you can manage your plan through your X1 TV Box, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex streaming TV Box. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Disney+ app and go to Settings.
2. Select Account.
3. From there, you can change your email address, password, or plan.

Where can I find Disney+ on my Xfinity bill?
If your Disney+ subscription is billed by Xfinity, you can find it on your Xfinity bill in the Other service providers section under Regular monthly charges.

Is Disney+ in 4K?
4K content is available if you use the Disney+ app on X1 and have an XG1v4 or Xi6 TV Box or on Flex with an Xi6 streaming TV Box (along with a compatible 4K or 4K/HDR TV).

Note: 4K content on the Disney+ app on Flex is not available on Flex XiOne streaming TV Boxes.

Does watching Disney+ content in the app count against my monthly internet data usage?
Yes, the content is streamed over the internet and will count against your monthly data usage.

How do I block access to the Disney+ app on X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex ?
There are two ways you can set parental controls for the Disney+ app:

• Lock content by going to Settings, selecting Parental Controls, and then TV Rating Locks. Once locked, a parental control PIN is required to access the app.
  • By default, Disney+ is set to TV-GA.
• Use App Locks to block access to the app.
