Your Xfinity ID gives you access to everything from managing your account to enjoying your entertainment. Your ID can be your email address, phone number, or username.
If you are an Xfinity Mobile customer, you can still view some details about your device in the Xfinity app without logging in with an Xfinity ID. For more details, see how to use the Xfinity app.
What can you do with an Xfinity ID?
- Stream live sports and news, schedule DVR recordings, and watch thousands of On Demand shows and movies with the Xfinity Stream app.
- Start watching with Xfinity Stream as soon as you place your order for Xfinity TV service!
- Watch movies and shows on network websites and mobile apps.
- Access Xfinity WiFi Hotspots across the country.
- Use xfinity.com to manage your services, pay your bill, or create and manage additional users for your house.
- Use Xfinity Internet to manage and troubleshoot your internet service.
- Use the Xfinity Email website to access your email and phone services.
- Use the Xfinity app to manage your settings, payments, and data notifications for Xfinity Mobile.
- Keep your contact information up to date so you’ll be sure to get important notices about your account.
- Add other Xfinity users.
What can you do without signing in with an Xfinity ID?
Even if you are not logged in, you can access the Xfinity app from your own Xfinity Mobile device and see details about your own mobile line and any paired device. You can also take some actions, like:
- View your data plan, data usage, and available features for the line.
- Access to Help & Support from the Xfinity app.
- Turn on Number Lock.
- Sign in with the Primary user’s Xfinity ID for the full app experience.
You will not have access to any support or service channels other than limited access to the app without signing in with an Xfinity ID.
Did you forget your Xfinity ID?
Your Xfinity ID is most often your email or mobile phone number. If you don’t remember your Xfinity ID, you can look it up with the online lookup tool.
If you want to change your password for security reasons, or if you forgot it, Xfinity can help. Go to xfinity.com/password to reset it.
Need to create an Xfinity ID?
If you don’t yet have an Xfinity ID, you can create one. You’ll need to self-identify by giving the mobile number linked to your account.
