Your Xfinity ID gives you access to everything from managing your account to enjoying your entertainment. It’s visible wherever you sign in to enjoy or manage your services. Your ID can be your email address, the mobile phone number you use to sign in or your username.
What can you do with an Xfinity ID?

- Start watching with Xfinity Stream as soon as you place your order for Xfinity TV service!
- Watch movies and shows on network websites and mobile apps.
- Access Xfinity WiFi Hotspots across the country.
- Use xfinity.com to manage your services, pay your bill, or create and manage additional users for your household.
- Use Xfinity Internet to manage and troubleshoot your internet service.
- Use the Xfinity Email website to access your email and phone services.
- Use the Xfinity app to manage your settings, payments and data notifications for Xfinity Mobile.
- Keep your contact information up to date so you’ll be sure to get important notices about your account.

Did you forget your Xfinity ID?
Your Xfinity ID is typically your email or mobile phone number. If you don’t remember your Xfinity ID, you can look it up with the online lookup tool.
Need to create an Xfinity ID?
If you don’t yet have an Xfinity ID, you can create one. You’ll need to self-identify by providing any of the following:
- Mobile phone number
- Social security number (SSN)
Notes:
- If you're an Xfinity Internet customer accessing the tool from your home, you'll only be asked for the phone number associated with your account.
- If you go through the steps to create an Xfinity ID but don't receive the invitation to add it to your account, check that your mobile phone number or email address was entered correctly.
