You can also make a one-time payment before that date using:
If you miss a payment, your service may be interrupted, and a late fee may apply. To help, Xfinity offers repayment plans and payment deferrals to eligible customers. These options give you more flexibility and help keep your service active.

Missed or late payments
Keep your payment information up to date to avoid missed or late payments.
If you miss a payment, you’ll need to pay the past-due balance to prevent a service interruption. Late payments may result in a late fee on your next bill.
If you’re having trouble paying, help is available. Eligible customers can ask for:
- A one-month payment deferral, or
- A repayment plan.
These options can help you:
- Manage payments more easily.
- Keep your Xfinity Mobile service active.
Payment deferral
A payment deferral gives you extra time to pay by delaying your next automatic payment for up to 30 days. Keep in mind:
- You must be current (not past due).
- You must ask for a deferral before your next automatic payment is due.
- Your next payment after the deferral is still due on your usual payment date.
- If you use the full 30 day deferral, two payments may be due at the same time.
