How do I update my Xfinity Mobile payment information?

We keep things simple by having you keep one credit or debit card on file for all your Xfinity Mobile payments. Protecting you and your information is a top priority for us. Because of that, an agent can’t update your payment information for you over the phone or through chat. You can easily update your card from any device, at any time through the Xfinity Mobile website or the Xfinity app.

Note: When you update your card on file, any outstanding balance, as well as automatic payments for your Xfinity Mobile bill, will be charged to the new card.
