Peacock is the streaming service from NBCUniversal. It offers over 15,000 hours of content, with hundreds of television series and movies, as well as compelling live and On Demand content across news, sports, late night, and reality. Learn more at peacocktv.com.
Some Xfinity or NOW customers may receive access to Peacock as part of a promotional offer with their Xfinity services or Xfinity membership. If you receive Peacock from Xfinity, learn how to activate the service below.
Activate Peacock
If you receive Peacock through a NOW or Xfinity service, or redeemed an offer through Xfinity membership, you can activate your Peacock subscription by following these steps:
- Go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
- Note: If you don’t see your Peacock subscription listed, go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.
- You’ll reach the Xfinity StreamStore, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.
- Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.
- Enter the email address you want to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.
- Any Peacock login issues should be directed to Peacock Customer Support.
- Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. Then, click Activate.
- If you already have a Peacock account, you’ll be prompted to enter your existing Peacock email address and password. Then, click Sign In & Activate.
- You can now watch Peacock Premium content! To begin, click Start Watching Peacock.
Forgot/change email
In some instances, Peacock may already an active status. If your Peacock subscription is active but you’d like to change your email address associated with your Peacock subscription or forgot your email address, you can:
- Go to the StreamStore through xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.
- Click Help & more info and click Unlink Peacock account
After clicking Unlink Peacock:
- You’ll have to confirm the Peacock account you want to use.
- Select No, please use another account to use a different email.
- Enter the email you’d like to use.
- Select Continue then sign in and activate your subscription.
Note: If you already have a paid Peacock subscription, you may need to manage your existing subscription to avoid multiple active subscriptions and corresponding charges. For instructions on canceling your existing subscription, see peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation.
Diamond or Platinum tier Xfinity members: Redeeming your offer for Peacock Premium
If you're an Xfinity member with eligible services and have received a special offer for Peacock Premium, visit the Xfinity membership website to redeem your offer:
- Log in to your Xfinity membership account.
- Click on the benefit titled Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost.
- Choose Get This Benefit and follow the steps provided.
- You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer.
- It may take a few hours to receive the email.
If you already have a paid Peacock subscription, you may need to cancel your existing subscription and wait until the end of the billing cycle before activating Peacock. For instructions on canceling your existing subscription, see peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation.
Important notes for Diamond and Platinum tier Xfinity members:
- You must use your primary Xfinity ID and password to log in to Xfinity membership portal and redeem your Peacock Premium offer.
- If you can’t sign in to your online account and need to reset your Xfinity password, follow these instructions.
- Once you redeem your offer through Xfinity membership, go to the Peacock app and sign in using your Peacock login credentials.
- Any Peacock login issues should be directed to Peacock Customer Support.

Upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus
If you receive Peacock Premium through an Xfinity promotion, you can now upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus from your online account by following these steps. For Peacock plans and pricing, see peacocktv.com/plans/all-monthly.
If you purchased Peacock Premium through the Peacock app on X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex (not using a promotion), you can upgrade your Peacock subscription to Peacock Premium Plus through your TV Box. Learn how to manage your Peacock subscription from your TV Box.
Cancel Peacock Premium Plus
If you purchased Peacock Premium Plus with a promotion, you can remove Peacock Premium Plus from your account online at xfinity.com/account. After you cancel Peacock Premium Plus or if you cancel your Peacock promotion, you’ll lose access to Peacock Premium Plus immediately. If you are still eligible, you can continue access to Peacock Premium through your qualifying offer. Follow these steps to cancel Peacock Premium Plus.
