Peacock Premium promotional offers overview

Peacock is the streaming service from NBCUniversal. It offers over 15,000 hours of content, with hundreds of television series and movies, as well as compelling live and On Demand content across news, sports, late night, and reality. Learn more at peacocktv.com.

As an Xfinity customer, you may be eligible for promotional pricing for Peacock Premium. You can learn about the offers below.

Peacock Premium promotional offers

Eligibility	Offer
New and existing Xfinity Internet customers who subscribe to Gigabit or higher speed service	You can receive Peacock Premium at no additional cost for two years.* To verify your Peacock Premium activation status, go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock and log in with your Xfinity ID and password. After two years, Peacock Premium will terminate unless you elect to continue receiving the service.
Diamond or Platinum tier Xfinity Rewards members with any level of Xfinity Internet Note: Silver and Gold tier Xfinity Rewards customers aren’t eligible to redeem the offer.	You can redeem a reward to receive Peacock Premium at no additional cost.* Sign in to xfinity.com/rewards to take advantage of this offer.  You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer.  It may take a couple hours to receive the email.
NOW TV customers	You can receive Peacock Premium included as part of your service.* If you’re eligible to receive Peacock Premium, you may need to reactivate by going to xfinity.com/activate-peacock. See the NOW TV overview for instructions and device eligibility.
New customers with Xfinity Internet and an X1 TV Box, Flex streaming TV Box, or a Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity	You can redeem an offer to watch Peacock Premium at no additional cost for six months. Open the Peacock app on your X1 TV Box, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex streaming TV Box to redeem this offer.

*You don’t need a TV Box to redeem these offers.

Important notes for Diamond and Platinum tier Xfinity Rewards customers:

• You must use your primary Xfinity ID and password to log in to Xfinity Rewards and redeem your Peacock Premium offer.
  
  • If you’re unable to sign in to your online account and need to reset your Xfinity password, follow these instructions.
• Once you redeem your offer and navigate to the Peacock app, remember your Peacock email and password may not be the same as your Xfinity credentials.
  • Any Peacock login issues should be directed to Peacock Customer Support.

Eligibility disclaimer: Customers who only receive Xfinity services through bulk or similar accounts, agreements, or arrangements through which services are paid by a third-party, aren’t eligible for the offers unless such customers have established individually billed accounts and are purchasing a required service(s) under that account.

Activate Peacock Premium 

If you receive Peacock Premium through NOW TV, Gigabit or higher Xfinity Internet speed tier, or redeemed an offer through Xfinity Rewards, you can activate your Peacock subscription by following these steps:

1. Visit customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock and log in to your account using your primary Xfinity ID and password.
2. Click Activate Peacock Premium.
   
   
   
3. Enter the email address you’d like to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.
   
   Note: Any Peacock login issues should be directed to Peacock Customer Support. 
4. Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. Then, click Activate.
   
   
   
   • Note: If you already have a Peacock account, you’ll be prompted to enter your existing Peacock email address and password. Then, click Sign In & Activate.
   
5. You can now watch Peacock Premium content! To begin, click Start Watching Peacock.
   

Note: If you already have a paid Peacock subscription, you may need to cancel your existing subscription and wait for the billing cycle to end before activating Peacock using one of the offers above. By activating your Peacock Premium plan, you agree to the sharing of certain personal information, including account, device and billing information, between Xfinity and Peacock to enable your access and use of the application and app-related purchases through the service. Xfinity will process information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at xfinity.com/privacy/policy. Use of Peacock's service is governed by the Peacock Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Diamond or Platinum tier Xfinity Rewards members — Redeem offer for Peacock Premium 

Diamond and Platinum tier Xfinity Rewards members with Xfinity Internet can redeem a special offer for Peacock Premium at no additional cost from the Xfinity Rewards website. Silver and Gold tier Xfinity Rewards customers aren’t eligible to redeem the offer.

To redeem your offer from the Xfinity Rewards website:

1. Log in to your Xfinity Rewards account.
2. Click on the reward titled Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost.
3. Choose Get This Reward and follow the steps provided.
4. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer.
   • It may take a couple hours to receive the email.
     
     

Once the offer is activated, you’ll continue to have access to Peacock Premium as long as you remain enrolled in Xfinity Rewards as a Diamond or Platinum tier member with Xfinity Internet. 

If you already have a paid Peacock subscription, you may need to cancel your existing subscription and wait until the end of the billing cycle before activating Peacock. For instructions on canceling your existing subscription, see peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation.

Upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus

If you receive Peacock Premium through one of the promotions outlined above (as a NOW TV, Gigabit Internet or Xfinity Rewards Diamond or Platinum customer), you can now upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus from your online account by following these steps. Note that a subscription to Peacock Premium Plus must be purchased at the full retail cost ($11.99 per month).

If you purchased Peacock Premium through the Peacock app on X1, Xumo Stream Box or Flex (not using a promotion), you can upgrade your Peacock subscription to Peacock Premium Plus through your TV Box. Learn how to manage your Peacock subscription from your TV Box.

Cancel Peacock Premium Plus

If you purchased Peacock Premium Plus with a promotion as a NOW TV, Gigabit Internet, or Xfinity Rewards Diamond or Platinum customer, you can remove Peacock Premium Plus from your account online at xfinity.com/account. After you cancel Peacock Premium Plus, you’ll still have access to Peacock Premium Plus through your Peacock bill cycle, but your charge will no longer renew for that plan. You’ll continue to have access to Peacock Premium through your qualifying offer. Follow these steps to cancel Peacock Premium Plus.

If you purchased Peacock Premium Plus through the Peacock app on X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex, you'll need to cancel on your TV Box. See manage your Peacock subscription from your TV Box for instructions.

Note: If you remove NOW TV or Gigabit Internet, you’ll lose access to Peacock. However, if you still have an eligible Xfinity X1, Xumo Stream Box or Flex streaming TV Box, you can sign back up for Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus through the Peacock app on your TV Box.
