Caller ID on TV requirements
To use Caller ID on TV, you need:
- Xfinity TV service — TV Core (Digital Starter, Extra or higher)
- Xfinity Voice service
- A compatible TV Box
Compatible equipment
Caller ID on TV works with most TV Boxes, including:
- X1 DVRs and TV Boxes
- Many Motorola, Pace, and Cisco/Scientific Atlanta TV Boxes and DVRs
Caller ID on TV does not work with:
- TiVo
- CableCARD enabled devices
- TVs with built in digital tuners
