Turn Caller ID on TV on or off on a non-X1 TV Box

This article provides instructions on how to turn the Caller ID on TV feature on or off for customers that do not have Xfinity X1.

How it works

1. Press the Menu button twice on your Comcast remote to launch the Main Menu.
   • If using the XR2 Remote Control, press the xfinity button twice instead of the Menu button.
   • The xfinity button is a rectangular button situated in the center of the remote, above the Up arrow button.
2. Navigate to the Interactive TV bar on the Main Menu.
   
   
   
3. Press the OK/Select button on your remote control. You will see the Interactive TV Menu screen.
4. Highlight Notifications, then press OK.
   
   
   
5. Highlight the Caller ID option.
   
   
   
6. Use the left and right arrow keys on your remote to turn Caller ID On or Off.
   
   

Notes:

• The Caller ID on TV application is currently not available in all areas.
• Additional selections on the Main Menu, Interactive TV Menu, and Notifications Menu may not be available in all areas or TV Box types.
