First-time sign-in process (Apple screenshots)
- Download the Xfinity Stream app from the iTunes App Store, Google Play or the Amazon App Store on your mobile device.
- Get information about installing the app on Apple devices or installing the app on Android devices.
- Enter your Xfinity ID and password and tap Sign In.
- Tap the Yes box to accept the Terms of Activation and proceed (if applicable).
- Tapping the Terms of Activation text reveals the terms in detail.
- After logging in, you'll see the For You tab.
Manage devices
- To reach the Settings menu, tap the Tool icon on the bottom right of the main navigation menu.
- Tap Manage Devices to manage which download devices are in use for the account (up to five devices for DVR recordings and up to three devices for Video On Demand can be in use for downloading at a time).
