Turn any compatible device into a personal TV screen with the Xfinity Stream app. Learn how to set it up for the first time.
The Xfinity Stream app is available to all Xfinity customers. You can see a list of compatible devices here. Some content and features vary depending on your location and level of service.
First-time sign-in process (iOS screenshots)
- Download the Xfinity Stream app on your device.
- You can download the app from the iTunes App Store, Google Play, or the Amazon App Store.
- Get information about installing the app on Apple devices or installing the app on Android devices.
- Enter your Xfinity ID and password and tap Sign In.
- Tap the Yes box to accept the Terms of Activation and proceed (if applicable).
- Tapping the Terms of Activation text reveals the terms in detail.
- After logging in, you'll see the For You tab.
Manage devices
From the Settings menu, tap Manage devices to manage the devices with downloads that are in use for the account.
Note: You can have up to five devices for DVR recordings and up to three devices for Video On Demand content in use for downloading at one time.
