You can view your bill anytime by signing in to your Xfinity Mobile account or the Xfinity app.

Bill overview

Page 1 gives you a clear picture of what you owe and any important updates. You’ll see:
1: Billing date
- This is the date your bill was created and made available online.
- Any changes made after this date will show on your next bill.
2: Invoice period
- This shows the dates you are being billed for — usually one full month.
3: Your bill at a glance
- This box gives you a quick summary. It includes:
- Previous balance.
- Payments received.
- Balance forward (if anything is still unpaid).
- Regular monthly charges
- Taxes, fees, and other charges
- New charges due and the due date
- If you’re enrolled in automatic payments, the bill also shows:
- The amount that will be charged
- The date it will be withdrawn
4: Your bill explained
- This section shows changes in your charges since your last bill in the Charges Compare table.

Page 3 shows your total of new charge by line.

1: Total by line:
- Lists each line.
- Includes the total number of lines.
- Provides a separate line item for Taxes, Fees & Other Charges.
2: Page: Tells you the page where you can find details for each of our lines.
3: Regular monthly charges: Includes the total for each line and a total of taxes, fees, and other charges.
4: New charges: Provides a total of new charges by line.
Billing details
Page 4 shows a detailed breakdown of:
- Your charges.
- Your lines.
- Your data usage.
- Any credits or promotions applied.

1: Your new charges in detail
- These may include:
- Regular monthly charges.
- Shared data charges.
- Extra data purchases.
- Installment charges.
- Service promotions and credits.
- Promotions: This includes:
- The credit amount.
- The number of credits you have left.
- The date your promotion ends.
- Device Payment Plan (DPP): This includes:
- The number of payments you have left.
- Your DPP balance.
- Trade-Ins: This includes:
- The credit amount.
- The number of credits you have left.
- Promotions: This includes:
- Your remaining credit balance.

- Protection Plan charges (Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan).
- International usage.
- For each mobile line, you may see:
- The phone number.
- Data plan type (Unlimited, By the Gig).
- Data used.
