Your Xfinity ID and password
Use your Xfinity ID and password to access online features included with your services, such as watching TV with the Xfinity Stream app or connecting to Xfinity WiFi hotspots on the go.
Your Xfinity ID and password gives you access to all your account information online at xfinity.com/myaccount to manage your account, change settings, make payments, and more.
Make your account more secure
- Protect your information by creating a stronger password. Use a different password for each website and create one just for your Xfinity account.
- Turn on Two-step Verification for added security when you sign in. It helps protect your account, Xfinity web pages, and most Xfinity apps by requiring a verification code along with your Xfinity ID and password.
Change or reset your password
If you want to change your password for security reasons, or if you've simply forgotten it, we can help. Visit xfinity.com/password to reset it.
Password recovery
You need to have a verified personal (non-Xfinity) email address or mobile number on your Xfinity account. This helps you reset your password if needed.
