Introducing the Xfinity Voice Remote — only from Xfinity
The Xfinity Voice Remote (models XR11, XR15, XR16, XR100, XRA and the Xfinity Web Remote) lets you find what you want faster by using voice commands to change channels, search for shows, get recommendations, and more. If you have Xfinity X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Xfinity Flex, you can use your voice to quickly find your favorite content, search, tune to channels, and control your DVR.

The Voice Remote is available to eligible new X1 and Xumo Stream Box customers and existing X1, Xumo Stream Box, and Flex customers. To get one:

- You can also use Xfinity Assistant or contact us to have one shipped to you by UPS. Accessory shipping and handling fees apply.

XR11

- TV Power: When paired to your TV, these buttons turn the TV on or off.
- Visit xfinity.com/remotes for pairing information.
- All Power: Turns the TV and TV Box on/off.

- Some versions of the Voice Remote can also be paired to control the power on an audio device.

- Note: The X1 TV Box is designed to stay on at all times and won’t turn off when this button is pushed.

- Status LED: Shows different status conditions.
- VOL: When the Voice Remote is paired with a valid TV or AV receiver code, the VOL+ and VOL- buttons turn the volume up or down.
- CH: Use CH+ or CH- to select the next channel.
- Mute: Turns sound off or on.
- Play/Pause: Play or pause live TV, Xfinity On Demand, or DVR content.
- FF: Fast forward Xfinity On Demand or DVR content.
- Rew: Rewind Xfinity On Demand or DVR content.
- Exit:
- Exit on-screen guides.
- Leave Xfinity On Demand and DVR content.
- When replaying moments from a live TV program, press Exit to return to the "Live" point.
- Record (red dot): Records the current program.

- Replay: With DVR service, replay jumps back 15 seconds in a program.
- xfinity: Displays the main menu of the guide. From here, you can access all guide features.

- Guide: Shows TV listings.

- Press a second time to filter your guide view. Learn how to filter the X1 guide.
- OK: Selects a highlighted item in an on-screen menu.
- Arrows: Navigate through the guide and menu screens.
- Press the right arrow while watching live TV to open the Mini Guide.
- Press it again to see up to 14 days ahead.

- Press the down arrow to open the playback controls (pause/play, rewind, fast forward, etc., while watching any video).
- Press the right arrow while watching live TV to open the Mini Guide.
- Last: Returns to the previous channel or guide screen.
- When watching TV, it shows the last nine items you watched (channels, Xfinity On Demand programs, and recorded programs).
- Info: Shows detailed program information.
- Page Up and Page Down:
- Move several rows up or down in the guide and in other menus.
- Skip 10 minutes forward or back in Xfinity On Demand.
- Skip five minutes forward or back in live TV or DVR recording.
- Setup: Pairs your remote to control your TV and audio device. Learn about how to program the remote to control your TV or audio device.
- Microphone: Turns on voice control.
- TV Input: Changes the input on your TV.
- A: Opens the Help menu.
- B: Opens Accessibility Settings.

- C: Opens the Sports app to see scores, even while watching TV.

XR15

- Power: Combines the All Power and TV Power function.
- When it’s paired with a valid TV code, the Power button turns the TV on or off.

- i (Info): Shows detailed program information.
- Page Up and Page Down:

- VOL: When the Voice Remote is paired with a valid TV or AV receiver code, the VOL+ and VOL- buttons turn the volume up to down.
- Mute: Turn sound off or on.
- i (Info): Shows detailed program information.
- Back Arrow: Go to the previous channel or guide screen.
- When watching TV, it shows the last nine items you watched (channels, Xfinity On Demand programs, and recorded programs).
- On other remotes, this is the Last button.
XR100 (Xumo Stream Box only)

- Input: Changes the input on your TV.
- Power: Turn the Xumo Stream Box on and off.
- Volume: When the Voice Remote is paired with a valid TV or AV code, the VOL+ and VOL- buttons turn the volume up or down.
- Voice control: Turns on voice control.
- Mute: Toggle the TV’s sound on and off.
- More: See more options like closed captions and voice guidance.
- Navigation pad: Select up, down, left, and right.
- Select: Selects a highlighted item in a menu.
- Last/back: Go to the previous screen.
- Add (+): Add the selected TV show or movie to My List.
- Home: Go to the home screen.
XRA Large Button Voice Remote

Note: The XRA Large Button Voice Remote doesn’t work with Xumo Stream Boxes yet.
- Power: When it’s paired with a valid TV code, the Power button turns the TV and TV Boxes on/off.
