One time bill pay options through your Xfinity account

Want to make a one-time payment this month? Simply use your account, either online, through the Xfinity app, or on your Xfinity X1 TV Box.

Pay online using your account

To pay online, simply sign in to your account with your Primary or Manager’s Xfinity ID and password and follow the on-screen prompts.

Pay using the Xfinity app

To pay using the Xfinity app:

1. Download the app from Google Play or the Apple App store.
2. Sign in using your Primary of Manager's Xfinity ID and password.
3. Once logged in, tap the Account tab.
4. Locate your Xfinity plan and tap Make a Payment.
   • Note: If you already have automatic payments scheduled and would like to make an early payment, tap Make early payment.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Pay using the Xfinity My Account app for X1

To pay using X1:

1. Go to the Xfinity My Account app. You can also say, "my account" using the Xfinity Voice Remote.
2. Select Current Bill.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts.
