One time bill pay options through your Xfinity account

Want to make a one-time payment this month? Simply use your Xfinity account, either online, through the Xfinity app or on your Xfinity X1 TV Box.

Pay online using your account

To pay online, simply sign in to your Xfinity account with your Xfinity ID and password and follow the on-screen prompts.

Pay using the Xfinity app

To pay using the Xfinity app:

1. Download the Xfinity app from Google Play or the Apple App store.
2. Sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.
3. Once logged in, tap the Account tab. 
4. Tap the Your balance due card.
5. Tap Make a Payment.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Pay using the Xfinity My Account app for X1

To pay using X1:

1. Navigate to the Xfinity My Account app or simply say, "my account" using the Xfinity Voice Remote.
2. Select Current Bill.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to make a payment.
