View Xfinity Home events and notifications from your X1 TV Box or Flex streaming TV Box

Using the Xfinity Home app for Xfinity X1, you can view your alarm system's activity directly from your X1 TV Box or Flex streaming TV Box.

View your system history

1. Using your Xfinity Voice Remote, press the microphone button and say, "Xfinity Home."
   • This will take you directly to the Xfinity Home app for X1 main menu, so you can skip ahead to step 4.
   • Alternatively, you may press the xfinity button on your remote and continue to step 2.
2. Using the right arrow button, scroll over to highlight Apps. Press the OK button.
3. Using the right arrow button, scroll over to highlight the Xfinity Home app. Press the OK button.
4. Select View Activity. (You'll see the 30 most recent alarm, sensor or camera events of the past two days.)
   
   
   

Notes:

• Recent photos can be viewed from the Activity menu.
  
  
  
• When a door or window sensor is both opened and closed within 60 seconds, a single event will be created.
