Using the Xfinity Home app for Xfinity X1, you can conveniently disarm your system directly from your X1 TV Box.
Disarm Your System
- Using your Xfinity Voice Remote, say "Xfinity Home Disarm" to skip steps 1-5 and directly open up the Keypad Code screen in step 6.
Alternatively, you can press the xfinity button on your remote control and proceed to step 2. - Using the right arrow button, scroll over to highlight Apps. Press the OK button.
- Using the right arrow button, scroll over to highlight the Xfinity Home app. Press the OK button.
- Select the security status from the app's main menu and press OK on your remote. Note that the current status is set to Armed Stay.
- Enter your security Keypad Code in the Enter keypad code field.
- Once your Keypad Code has been entered (pressing OK on the remote is not required), the system will be disarmed.
