With account user roles, Primary users can decide who gets account access. This includes who can pay the bill, add or cancel services, or access Xfinity apps.

Guest Mode (Xfinity app)
If you have Xfinity Mobile, you can now access the Xfinity app without signing in. Your phone’s SIM card will authenticate you, so you can see basic information about your line and any devices linked to it.

If you have Xfinity Mobile, here are a few things to know:
- You must save a card on file for automatic payments.
- Your Xfinity Mobile bill is separate from other Xfinity services.
- You’ll get your bills online.
- These settings can’t be turned off.
