A compromised Xfinity ID means someone other than the account holder or an authorized user may have gotten the password for an Xfinity ID.

What should I do after I reset my password?
Check your account settings for anything you do not recognize. Look for:

  • Charges or service changes you did not approve.

As part of this process, it’s recommended that you:

  • Change your voice and voicemail PINs.
  • Check and update third-party recovery emails and text message telephone numbers.

If you were logged in to any Xfinity apps, you will need to sign back in with the new password.
