- Say the channel name into your Voice Remote and choose Manage My Subscription.
How can I unsubscribe from a channel?
Go to the channel's main page and select Unsubscribe using your remote.

What is an iSVOD channel?
iSVOD channels are add-on On Demand networks you can subscribe to with your Xfinity TV service. You need Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Internet to use them.
Some channels are also available with Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity and Xfinity Flex.
Where can I see available channels?
You can view the full list of all available channels in the menu on your X1 TV Box.
Can I subscribe without Xfinity Internet?
No. You must have both Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Internet to subscribe.
How do I subscribe?
You can only subscribe using your remote control.

Does watching an iSVOD channel use internet data?
Yes. iSVOD content streams over your Xfinity Internet service and counts toward your data usage.

Where can I watch my channel?
You can watch on supported X1 TV Boxes through Xfinity On Demand.
- RNG150 TV Boxes are not supported.
- If needed, follow the on screen steps to exchange your TV Box or contact us.
Some channels are also available with Xumo Stream Box and Xfinity Flex.
Can I watch on the Xfinity Stream app or website?
Not right now, but this option may be available in the future.
How do I return to the main menu or Guide?
Press Exit on your remote to return to the main menu or Guide. You can also press the Guide or xfinity buttons, or say a voice command into your Voice Remote.
Can I start watching in one room and continue in another?
Yes. You can pick up where you left off on another compatible TV Box.
How do I check if my TV Box is compatible?
- Go to Apps from X1 main menu.
- Look for apps like YouTube, Pandora, or iHeartRadio.
- If you don't see these apps, your TV Box isn't compatible.
The channel won't play. What should I do?
- Make sure you have Xfinity Internet and a compatible X1 TV Box.
- If your box isn’t compatible, you’ll see an option to exchange it for a supported one.
- Restart your X1 TV Box.
- If it still doesn’t work, contact us.
How does playback work on this channel?
When you fast forward or rewind, the video moves ahead or back 20 seconds at a time, instead of changing speeds. You can also skip five minutes forward or back by using the Page Up or Page Down buttons on your remote.
How do I turn on closed captioning (CC)?
While watching, press the down arrow on your remote and select Closed Captioning (CC). You can also press the xfinity button on your remote, then scroll to Settings > Accessibility Settings.
Note: Audio description may not be available for all iSVOD content.
Why can’t I watch on the channel’s website or app?
Your iSVOD subscription works only on Xfinity TV. It doesn’t include access to the channel’s website or separate apps.
