Set up a bill assistance plan for your Xfinity account

You may qualify for a bill assistance plan if you have a past-due balance and Xfinity Internet. This plan gives you a temporary credit for six months to help lower your bill. If you qualify, you will see the plan option on the Payments page when you sign in at xfinity.com.

Things to know

  • You must have Xfinity Internet and be a customer for at least one year to qualify.
  • You must pay your past-due balance in full or set up an installment plan before enrolling.
  • Your credit will show within two bill cycles after you enroll.
  • Your credit lasts six months, as long as your service does not get disconnected for non-payment.
