To view your PIN history, you'll need to set up your Locks PIN first. See how to Set up your Locks PIN to learn how.
View PIN history
- Press the xfinity button on your remote control.
- Use the arrow buttons to highlight Settings (gear icon) and press OK.
- Use the arrow buttons to highlight Parental Controls and press OK.
- You may need to Enter Your Parental Control PIN. Use the number pad on the remote control to enter the PIN.
- Use the arrow buttons to highlight PIN History and press OK.
- Use the up and down arrows to scroll through your PIN history.
