How to subscribe
NOW TV Latino is available by ordering through your online account at xfinity.com, by contacting Comcast customer support or visiting an Xfinity Retail Store. Eligibility
For NOW TV Latino service, you'll need:
- The Xfinity Stream app — available on web (xfinity.com/stream), mobile (Apple and Android), Xumo Stream Box (leased or purchased), Xumo TV, FireTV, Chromecast, Apple TV (tvOS), Apple AirPlay, Samsung Smart TV, and Roku.
- A subscription to Xfinity Internet or Internet Essentials.
- Note: If you wish to subscribe to NOW TV Latino as an Internet Essentials customer, contact Comcast customer support.
- An account that’s currently in good standing.
Notes:
- There are no equipment requirements.
- It's not required but available on Xumo Stream Box (Xi6 or XiOne).
- If you downgrade from Xfinity X1 to NOW TV Latino, you cannot use your X1 TV Boxes with NOW TV Latino.
Access NOW TV Latino
Here’s how to watch NOW TV from your Xumo Stream Box, web, or mobile device.
Note: TV Boxes are not required to watch NOW TV Latino.
TV Box
- On your Xumo Stream Box, scroll down to the Browse row and select NOW TV Latino. You can also say “NOW TV Latino” into your Voice Remote.
- The NOW TV Latino Home page will open.
- Now Playing will default to the last channel you’ve watched.
- Live TV will display your live TV channel guide.
- Saved will display your current recordings.
- Browse/Search lets you search for your favorite movies, shows, people, and collections.
- Settings will display your account and device settings, apps and subscriptions, preferences and more.
- Now Playing will default to the last channel you’ve watched.
Web
- On your web browser, visit xfinity.com/stream. Click Sign In.
- Enter your Xfinity ID, then click Let’s go.
- Enter your password, then click Sign In.
- You’ll be asked to verify the mobile number associated with your Xfinity account.
- Provide the verification code sent to your mobile device, then click Verify.
- Note: You can choose to verify by email rather than mobile by clicking Email a code instead.
- You can now begin watching NOW TV Latino content on your web browser.
- Note: The Featured row will include Peacock content, as well as free and On Demand content.
Mobile
- Download and open the Xfinity Stream app on your Apple or Android device. Then, tap Sign in.
- You'll be redirected to your mobile browser to sign in to your Xfinity account. Enter your Xfinity ID, then tap Let’s go.
- Enter your Xfinity password, then tap Sign in.
- You can now begin watching NOW TV Latino content on your mobile device.
Activate Peacock Premium
Once you purchase NOW TV Latino, you can activate Peacock Premium by following these steps:
If you’re new to Peacock
- Visit customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock. This link will also be sent to your Xfinity email address once you subscribe to NOW TV Latino.
- Note: You'll need to be logged in to your Xfinity account.
- Click Activate Peacock.
- You’ll be redirected to Peacock’s activation page to continue.
- Enter the email address you’d like to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.
- Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. Then, click Activate.
- You can now watch Peacock Premium content! To begin, click Start Watching Peacock.
If you already have Peacock
- Visit customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock. This link will also be sent to your Xfinity email address once you subscribe to NOW TV Latino.
- Note: You'll need to be logged in to your Xfinity account.
- Click Activate Peacock.
- You’ll be redirected to Peacock’s activation page to continue.
- Enter the email address associated with your Peacock account to get started. Then, click Continue.
- Enter your existing Peacock email address and password. Then, click Sign In & Activate.
- You can now watch Peacock Premium content! To begin, click Start Watching Peacock.
Note: If you have Peacock Premium as part of your current package and are also a Platinum or Diamond Xfinity member, you’ll keep Peacock Premium at no cost if you maintain your membership tier status, even if change your package. The goal is to make sure members always have access to everything Peacock Premium offers.
Forgot/change email
In some instances, Peacock may already show an active status. If your Peacock subscription is active but you’d like to change your email address associated with your Peacock subscription or forgot your email address, you can:
- Click Help & more info and click Unlink Peacock account
- After clicking, Unlink Peacock:
- You’ll have to confirm the Peacock account you want to use.
- Select, No, please use another account to use a different email.
- Enter the email you’d like to use.
- Select Continue then sign in and activate your subscription.
Note: If you have a Xumo Stream Box, open the Peacock app and log in with the same Peacock credentials used to activate.
Activate your ViX Premium with ads subscription
- You will receive an email to activate your ViX subscription via the activation hub using your Xfinity credentials.
- ViX is not available via the Xfinity Stream app and must be watched through the ViX app on Xumo Stream Box or other streaming devices.
- If you have an existing subscription to ViX with a different provider, you will need to manage that account to avoid duplicate subscriptions and charges.
- If you are having activation issues, chat with Xfinity Assistant.
