NOW TV overview

With NOW TV for $20 per month, you can choose from more than 270 live channels and On Demand content, including hit Hollywood movies, acclaimed original series and classic favorites from networks like Hallmark, History, and AMC. Plus, you get Peacock Premium at no extra cost.

You can watch NOW TV content through the Xfinity Stream app on the following devices at this time:

• Xumo Stream Box (leased or purchased)
• Xumo TV
• Apple or Android mobile devices
• Apple AirPlay
• Apple TV (tvOS)
• FireTV
• Chromecast
• Roku
• Samsung Smart TV

You can also watch through the Xfinity Stream website on your browser at xfinity.com/stream. Currently, NOW TV isn't available on LG TV. For more on compatible devices, see Xfinity Stream app minimum system requirements.

Note: Xfinity Flex is no longer available for new customers. Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity is the newest streaming device for new Xfinity Internet customers. You can learn more about Xumo by visiting xfinity.com/xumo.

How to subscribe

NOW TV is available by ordering through your online account at xfinity.com, by contacting Comcast customer support or visiting an Xfinity Retail Store. If a customer is on a Flex streaming TV Box or Xumo Stream Box, they can add NOW TV by saying “NOW TV” in the voice remote or click on the NOW TV tile. Eligibility

For NOW TV postpaid service, you'll need:

• The Xfinity Stream app — available on web (xfinity.com/stream), mobile (Apple and Android), Xumo Stream Box (leased or purchased), Xumo TV, FireTV, Chromecast, Apple TV, Apple AirPlay, Samsung Smart TV, and Roku.
• A subscription to Xfinity Internet or Internet Essentials.
  
  • Note: If you wish to subscribe to NOW TV as an Internet Essentials customer, contact Comcast customer support.
• An account that’s currently in good standing.

Notes:

• There are no equipment requirements.
• It's not required but available on Xumo Stream Box (XiOne).
  
  • The one-time streaming activation fee is waived when you subscribe to NOW TV.
• If you downgrade from Xfinity X1 to NOW TV, you cannot use your X1 TV Boxes with NOW TV.
• When downgrading from Xfinity TV to NOW TV postpaid, all existing DVR recordings will be lost.

Access NOW TV

Here’s how to watch NOW TV from your Xumo Stream Box, web, or mobile device.

Note: TV Boxes are not required to watch NOW TV.

TV Box

1. On your Xumo Stream Box, select the Xfinity Stream icon from the list of apps.
   
2. The NOW TV home page will open.
   
   
   • Now Playing will default to the last channel you’ve watched.
     
   • Live TV will display your live TV channel guide.
     
   • Saved will display your current recordings.
     
   • Browse/Search lets you search for your favorite movies, shows, people, and collections.
     
   • Settings will display your account and device settings, apps and subscriptions, preferences and more.
     

Web

1. On your web browser, visit xfinity.com/stream. Click Sign In.
   
2. Enter your Xfinity ID, then click Let’s go.
   
3. Enter your password, then click Sign In.
   
4. You’ll be asked to verify the mobile number associated with your Xfinity account.
   • Provide the verification code sent to your mobile device, then click Verify.
   • Note: You can choose to verify by email rather than mobile by clicking Email a code instead.
     
5. You can now begin watching NOW TV content on your web browser.
   
   
   • Note: The Featured row will include Peacock content, as well as free and On Demand content.

Mobile

1. Open the Xfinity Stream app on your Apple or Android device. Then, tap Sign in.
   
2. You'll be redirected to your mobile browser to sign in to your Xfinity account. Enter your Xfinity ID, then tap Let’s go.
   
3. Enter your Xfinity password, then tap Sign in.
   
4. You can now begin watching NOW TV content on your mobile device.
   

Activate Peacock Premium

Once you purchase NOW TV, you can activate Peacock Premium by following these steps:

Note: Customers must download the Peacock app outside of Xfinity Stream to view additional Peacock content included with their NOW TV service.

1. Visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account using your primary Xfinity ID and password.
   
2. You’ll reach our Xfinity StreamStore , where you can activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.
3. Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.
4. Enter the email address you’d like to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.
   
   
   • Note: Any Peacock login issues should be directed to Peacock customer support.
5. Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. Then, click Activate.
   
   
   • Note: If you already have a Peacock account, you’ll be prompted to enter your existing Peacock email address and password. Then, click Sign In & Activate.
     
6. You can now watch Peacock Premium content! To begin, click Start Watching Peacock.
   
   
   • Notes:
     • If you have a Xumo Stream Box, open the Peacock app and log in with the same Peacock credentials used to activate.
     • If you have Peacock Premium as part of your current package and are also a Platinum or Diamond Xfinity member, you’ll keep Peacock Premium at no cost if you maintain your tier status, even if change your package. The goal is to make sure members always have access to everything Peacock Premium offers.

If your account says active, simply login into Peacock.

Forgot/change email

In some instances, Peacock may already show an active status. If your Peacock subscription is active but you’d like to change your email address associated with your Peacock subscription or forgot your email address, you can:

• Click Help & more info and click Unlink Peacock account.
  
  • After clicking Unlink Peacock:
• You’ll have to confirm the Peacock account you want to use.
• Select, No, please use another account to use a different email.
• Enter the email you’d like to use.
• Select Continue then sign in and activate your subscription.
